Interim Recreational Aid (Cashier) – Golf – Division of Parks

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle monetary transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system at Bergen County golf courses and parks
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of cash drawer for each cashier shift
  • Processing annual registrations for county golf and park memberships
  • Answer phones to assist customer with golf course and park related inquires
  • Provide high levels of customer service though daily interaction with golfers and park attendees
  • Opening and closing of golf course and county park facilities
  • Weekend shifts are required as a prerequisite for employment

Available work schedules:

  • Six month duration at 29 hours a week
  • Four month duration at 40 hours a week
